Checking Out Shipping Payment Options: Paypal Pay with Check

Browsing:

You can browse the jewelry by selecting the category along the left side of the window and scrolling through the designs or you can use the search feature to look for a specific stone or design. Each design is shown with a name and a thumbnail view. To see a larger image simply click on the thumbnail. You can access the full description of the design by clicking on the product details text beneath each picture. If you would like more information or have questions about a specific piece please contact me.

When you find a piece of jewelry you are interested in you can simply click the “Add to Cart” button and it will automatically be added to your shopping cart. This can always be removed later if you change your mind. You can continue browsing and come back to your cart at the end or simply check out.

Checking out:

Once you are finished browsing, and would like to check out click on “Show Cart” button in the left hand side.  This will take you to view your shopping cart and you will be able to proceed with the check out process.  If you are a returning customer you can simply enter your user name and password and proceed through the check out. Your information will be automatically entered into the shipping and billing fields. You will have an opportunity to update this information if it has changed.

If  this is your first time,  you will need to fill out the requested information to create your account.  When you create an account you will be automatically logged in and a registration e-mail with your username and password will be sent to the e-mail you provided.  The user name and password can be changed by you at a later date but for now this is automatically generated.

Once you have logged in you can proceed through the check out process.

 

Shipping:

I currently only offer standard U.S. Postal Service shipping within the U.S.  The price will automatically be calculated for you during the checkout process.  Each piece of jewelry will come in a gift box with a hand written description.

 

Payment options:

We currently accept 2 types of payment. Paypal and pay by check. During the order process you will be asked to select which method you prefer.

Pay with Paypal: When choosing the ”Pay with Paypal” method you will be automatically directed to Paypal’s website when you click “Confirm Order” at the end of the order process. This will allow you to pay with an existing Paypal account or pay with credit card through Paypal. You will also get an e-mail confirming your order sent to the e-mail account you provided during the order process.

Things to know about Paypal:

  • You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay by credit

Pay with Check: When choosing the “Pay with Check” method you will be automatically directed to the order summary page when you click the “Confirm Order” button at the end of the order process. This page will have a description of your order including pricing. At this time an e-mail confirming this same information will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. You will be instructed to either, print out the order summary page or a copy of the e-mail confirmation and mail it to the following address with your check or money order made out to Fates Designs:
